Our traffic department will arrange shipping from our warehouses, or directly from the factories, directly to the customer’s location. In the metro New York area we also offer delivery and installation.
Service
We provide spare parts for all our product lines, and offer technical service such as board repairs for most lines. Our skilled service team also provide machine installations, machine repairs, pool table recoveries, game room set up, and all required services.
Shop with Confidence
All products are warrantied for customer satisfaction in accordance with manufacturers’ warranties. In general, the warranty will cover parts only, defective parts will be repaired or exchange free of charge during the warranty period.
In the NY metro area, if we deliver and set up for you we offer a full 90 days labor warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s parts warranty.
